Article 1: Scope of the Agreement
1. These Terms of Use apply to your use of the services (hereafter referred to as "Services") provided by "Pearl Abyss Store" (hereafter referred to as "Website"), operated by transcosmos inc. (hereafter referred to as "we").

2. The term "customers" (hereafter referred to as "you") in these Terms of Use refers to individuals who have agreed to the terms and have completed the sign-up process in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
3. You agree to begin using our Services upon agreeing to these Terms of Use, and we consider your use of the Services as confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.
Article 3: Creating Your Account
1. You must have an account to use our Services and make purchases. You can create an account free of charge.
2. To create an account and become a member, you must agree to the Terms of Use and complete the sign-up process as prescribed. Please note that you are required to complete the sign-up process yourself, as a representative cannot create an account on your behalf.
3. We may reject membership requests under the following circumstances:
(1) Your account has been terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Use.
(2) The information provided in your account is false.
(3) Regarding our Services, you have delayed payment, neglected to accept products for an extended period, or refused to return or exchange products without a valid reason.
(4) You have previously violated any of the prohibited actions outlined in these Terms of Use. 
(5) For other reasons, we determine that rejection is necessary to ensure the continued provision of our Services.
4. When the information in your account needs to be updated, you, as a member, are required to update it in the prescribed manner as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any consequences resulting from your failure to update your information in a timely manner.
Article 4: Management of Your Member ID and Password
1. As a member, you are required to manage your account ID and password securely and may not provide them to others or allow others to use them on your behalf. By creating your account ID and password, you demonstrate your intent to become a member of our Services.
2. Even if you incur consequences due to poor management, misuse, or third-party use of your account ID and password, you will be held responsible.
Article 5: Suspension or Termination of Your Account
We may suspend your use of our Services or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated any of the following prohibited actions: 
(1) You have violated applicable laws or these Terms of Use.
(2) You have engaged in any prohibited actions related to the use of our Services or failed to make payment.
(3) The information in your account is false.
(4) In addition to the aforementioned, you have engaged in inappropriate conduct as a member.
Article 6: Membership Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must contact our customer support team via email.
Article 7: Product Purchases
1. As a member, you are required to provide all necessary information for purchasing products and placing orders before clicking the "Order" button.
2. Notwithstanding the aforementioned paragraph, we may cancel purchases or take necessary actions if we discover unlawful or inappropriate activity related to the use of our Services.
3. Please make purchases on our Website at your own risk and in compliance with the laws of your country of residence.
Article 8: Payment
1. The price of each product is displayed individually.
2. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Alipay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Smartphone payments (using QR codes), and Rakuten Pay as payment methods. Convenience store payments are also available if you purchase while in Japan.
3. The due date for payment may vary depending on your credit card provider or the terms of your contract. For further details, please contact your credit card company.
Article 9: Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements
1. You may not cancel your order once it has been placed, even if it has not yet arrived.
2. Once your order has been completed, we accept returns or replacements if you have received the wrong product or a defective/damaged product. Please contact us at support@pearlabyss-store.com within 8 days of receiving the package, and we will provide you with the return or replacement procedure. If the replacement if out of stock, we will issue a refund.

(1) In the event that the shipment or delivery of item(s) is unable to be completed due to the following reasons, the Company will store the item(s) for a period of one (1) year from the date on which the Company notifies Customer of delivery failure.

 A) The necessary shipping fee for the item has not been paid when a redelivery is requested by Customer.
 B) The Company cannot verify the shipping destination with Customer when the shipped item(s) is returned to the Company for any reasons.
 C) The shipment or delivery cannot be completed due to reasons that are attributed to Customer.

(2) The Company shall not be obliged to store the item(s) in the event that the shipment or delivery cannot be completed within the aforementioned period, and Customer shall not request for refund and/or redelivery of such item(s).

Article 10: Customer Liability
You are responsible for any actions or consequences arising from your use of our Services.
Article 11: Prohibited Matters
You may not engage in any actions described in the following sub-paragraphs. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by your prohibited actions to our company or third parties and may be required to compensate them.
(1) Misuse of your account ID or password.
(2) Providing your account ID or password to others or allowing them to use it on your behalf.
(3) Registering an account with false information.
(4) Engaging in activities that disrupt our operations or Services, such as modifying data through unauthorized access to our Website or transmitting harmful computer programs to our Website.
(5) Actions that could violate the trademarks, copyrights, or privacy of other customers, third parties, or our company, or actions that could cause inconvenience, loss, or harm to any of these parties.
(6) Actions that violate social norms and public morality, or that are illegal.
(7) Illegal actions or any other actions that we deem inappropriate, such as disobeying these Terms of Use or damaging our reputation.
Article 12: Exemption from Liability
1. We provide our Services on an "as-is" basis and within the "available limits". We do not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that our Services will meet your specific needs or ensure the functionality, value, usefulness, or accuracy you expect.
2. We will not be liable to you for any consequential damages of any kind arising our of your use of our Services, except in cases where liability is attributable to us.
3. You agree that we may modify our Services at our discretion without prior notice, and that we will not be held responsible for any harm you may incur, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. If you incur any harm due to damage to the products sold on our Website, we will not be responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for anything other than responding to you as outlined in Clause 2, Article 9. 
5. If insufficient information is provided for your shipping address, we will not be liable for any issues with delivery to the address you provided during registration or for difficulties in contacting you using your registered information.
6. You agree that we will compensate you for the exact amount you paid to us in the 6 months prior to the relevant incident, to cover the actual and direct harm you incur due to your use of our Services (excluding cases where we have caused severe error or acted intentionally). However, we will not be responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages , or for any loss of opportunity.
Article 13: Suspending/Terminating Services
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue, in whole or in part, our Services without prior notice in the following cases. You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages, even if this results in harm to you.
(1)During the maintenance of our Website.
(2)When the operation of the Website's system becomes difficult.
(3)When we are unable to provide our Services due to blackouts, fires, or natural disasters such as earthquakes.
(4)When we determine that we are unable to continue providing our Services for a valid reason.

Sale of Alcohol
If we sell alcohol on our Website, it is limited to customers who are of legal drinking age (20 years or older in Japan). We cannot sell alcohol to individuals below the legal age.
