Memberships

    Are there some benefits if I sign up?
    Yes, by creating an account, you can enjoy the following benefits:
    ・Your shipping address will be saved, making it easier to place future orders.
    ・You can register multiple shipping addresses, allowing you to send products to friends or family.
    ・Finally, you can save your favorite products and purchase them later.
    I have completed the sign-up process, but I cannot log in.
    It is possible that you entered the wrong ID or password. Please check them again.
    I don't remember my ID.
    It is the email address you used when signing up. If you don't remember it, please contact us at support@pearlabyss-store.com.
    I don't remember my password.
    Please take the following steps:
    1. Click the button on the top right corner, select "Log in" from the menu, and you will be directed to the login page.

    2.Click "Forgot your password?" above the "Log in" button.

    3. Enter a different email address on the password reset page, and you will receive an email with a password.
    Can I delete my account?

    Can I make a purchase without signing up?
    You need to sign up in order to make a purchase on our online store.

Orders

    Is there a limit to the number of products I can purchase?
    Please note that you can add an unlimited number of products to your cart. If any products are sold out, please remove them from your cart.
    I wonder if my purchase has been made correctly. Can I check the status of my order?
    After making a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can review your purchased products in your "Order History". If you still haven't received it, please check your domain settings or the spam folder.
    *It is possible that it may take some time to receive the confirmation email.
    *If you registered the wrong email address, we cannot resend the email.
    Can I exchange products after completing a purchase?
    Under no circumstances can we accept cancellations after a purchase. Please double-check the quantity and names of the products before completing your order.
    Can I purchase products that are sold out?
    Unfortunately, you cannot purchase them as they are made to order.

Payment

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, PayPal, Alipay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Smartphone payments (using QR codes), and Rakuten Pay as payment methods. Convenience store payments are also available if you purchase while in Japan.
    Do you only accept Japanese yen?
    On our website, prices are displayed in Japanese yen and transactions are processed in yen based on the exchange rates of your selected payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping and delivery

    Can I choose a specific delivery date?
    Please note that you cannot select a delivery date for overseas shipping.
    Can you ship products to an address different from the registered shipping address?
    Please click "Proceed to purchase" and enter a different shipping address on the checkout page.
    Can I change the shipping address after completing an order?
    Please contact our customer support team with your order number through the online form on the "Contact" page. Unfortunately, you cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
    How can I check the shipping information?
    You can check the delivery status by logging into your account. Simply click the button in the top right corner, select "My Page" from the menu, and click "Recent purchases". When your order shows the "Dispatched" status, it has already been shipped. Please refer to the order number in your confirmation email.
    My order hasn't arrived yet.
    You can check the delivery status using the order number from your confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. Please use this to check the shipping status. Note that it may take several days for the delivery status to be updated. If you've purchased multiple products in one order, we will ship them together once all products are ready. Please check your order status in the "Purchase history" section of "My page."
    Can you ship multiple orders at once?
    We ship one order at a time, so we are unable to ship multiple orders together.
    Can you reship the returned order?
    We can reship the products; however, additional fees may apply depending on the reason for the reshipping.
    I am unable to select certain shipping options.
    If shipping options are unavailable or do not meet the required conditions, they will not be displayed.

Cancellations and returns

    Can I cancel my order?
    Under no circumstances can we accept cancellations after an order is completed. Please double-check the quantity and names of the products you wish to purchase.
    Can I change my order?
    Unfortunately, you cannot change your order at your convenience.
    Can I return products?
    You cannot return them at your convenience.
    When I opened the package, I found that the product was damaged. What should I do to receive a replacement?
    If you find any defective products upon receiving your package, please take pictures of the damaged parts and inform us of the arrival date via email. If you contact us within 8 days of receiving the order, we will issue a refund. Please do not dispose of the package, case, or packing materials.
