The Payment Process
1. Choose a product.
Select the product you wish to buy and review the product details.
2. Add to cart.
Once you have decided on a product and its quantity, click the "Add to cart" button.
After adding all the products you wish to purchase, click "Pay now" button.
Note: At this point, the purchase is not yet complete.
The payment is only completed once you receive a confirmation number on the checkout page.。
3. Confirm your information.
Review your details, such as your name, address, and phone number, then click the "Proceed to select the shipping method" button.
4. Review your contact information and shipping method.
Your contact details and selected shipping method will be displayed. After verifying that the information is correct, click the "Proceed to payment" button.
5. Select the payment method.
Choose from the available payment options: Express checkout
（Google Pay/Apple Pay）
, credit card, convenience store payment, or smartphone payment (PayPay/LINE Pay).
After selecting your payment method, click the "Confirm your order" button.
6. ご注文完了
ご注文完了画面が表示されますのでプリントアウトするかメモをお取りいただき必ずご確認ください。
「注文番号」はお問い合わせの際に必要となりますので、必ずお控えください。
【お支払い方法】
お支払い方法は、以下からお選びいただけます。
■エクスプレスチェックアウト（Google pay/apple pay）
・ご自身のアカウントにログインし、お支払いを完了させてください。
■クレジットカード決済
・VISA、MasterCard、AMEX、JCBのクレジットカードがご利用可能です。
■コンビニ決済※事務手数料350円
・お支払い方法でコンビニ決済を選択し［ご注文完了］ボタンを押した後、
KOMOJU決済ページにリダイレクトされます。
ご利用になるコンビニエンスストアを選択し［購入手続き］ボタンを押してください。
KOMOJUよりお支払いに必要な番号が記載されたメールが届きます。
※この時点でご注文完了となります。
※お支払いに必要な、お客様番号・確認番号・お支払い期限が表示されますので（選択されたコンビニエンストアによって項目が異なります。）プリントアウトするかメモを必ずお控えください。
※KOMOJUよりメールが届かない場合、ご登録のメールアドレスに誤りがあるか、ドメイン指定受信等の設定をされていることが考えられます。 no-reply@komoju.com からのメールが届くように設定のうえ、ご利用ください。
<ご注意>
1.「お客様控」であるレシートの払込先名は「DEGICA」となっております。
2. コンビニエンスストアで支払いを完了された際に発行される領収書や払込控えは必ず原本を保管されますようお願いします。（お支払いの証明が確認できませんと、購入後のサポートをお受けいただけない場合がございます。）
■スマホ決済
・PayPay、LINE Payが利用可能です。
・お支払い方法でスマホ決済を選択し［ご注文完了］ボタンを押した後、
KOMOJU決済ページにリダイレクトされます。
ご利用になる決済方法を選択し表示された支払い金額を確認後、各アプリにてお支払いにお進みください。
※PCの場合はQRコードが表示されますので、スマートフォンでスキャンしお支払い手続きをお済ませください。
【配送について】
■配送料
配送料は、商品によって異なります。
各商品ページに記載の配送方法をご確認ください。

・通常配送：沖縄県を除く全国800円(税込)、沖縄県は1,900円(税込)

※ゆうパケット配送の商品と、通常配送商品をまとめてお買い上げいただいた場合、通常配送の送料が適用されます。
■お届けまでの日数
ご注文確定後、原則3営業日以内（年末年始及び土日祝を除く）に発送いたします。
※ゴールデンウィークや年末年始等、長期休業時は、通常よりも日数がかかる場合がございます。
■ご不在により商品をお受け取りいただけない場合
商品をお受け取りにならず、配送会社の保管期限を過ぎた商品は当ストアに返送されます。
返送された商品のご注文はご返金の上、キャンセル対応をさせていただきます。
再発送をご希望の場合は、改めてご注文をお願いいたします。
※返送された商品の在庫は確保されませんので予めご了承ください。
※クレジットカードでお支払い済の場合、カード会社にてご請求のお取り消し、またはご返金となります。
※コンビニ決済でお支払い済の商品が返品となった場合、事務手数料350円は返金されませんのでご注意ください。
【返品・交換について】
・商品の返品・交換は初期不良(破損、瑕疵)又はご注文との商品違いがあった場合のみの対応とさせていただいております。
・ご注文確定後の商品・数量変更はお受けしておりません。
・お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルはできかねますのでご了承ください。
・お届けした商品に初期不良（割れ、ひび、印刷ミス等）があった場合、不良を確認後、交換可能な在庫があるときは交換対応となり、交換可能な在庫がない場合は返品・返金対応となります。商品到着より1週間以内にお問い合わせよりご連絡をお願いいたします。
